Cancellation Policy
🐾 Dog Walking Service Policy At SunnyPaws, our goal is to keep your pet safe, happy, and well-cared for during every walk. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth experience for you and your pup. 📍 Service Areas We currently serve clients in Downtown Miami. If you're unsure whether you're within our range, just ask! 🕒 Scheduling Walks must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. Same-day availability is limited to a first come first serve basis, and is not guaranteed. ❌ Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a full service fee. 🦴 Leash & Safety Policy Per Miami-Dade County law, all dogs must be leashed when outside of private property. Walks will not be performed off-leash under any circumstances. This is to ensure the safety of your pet, the walker, and the public. 🐶 Pet Behavior & Health Clients must disclose any behavioral concerns (e.g., aggression, reactivity) and health conditions prior to the first walk. We reserve the right to decline service if a pet poses a safety risk. 🛑 Weather In the event of severe weather (lightning, extreme heat, flooding), walks may be shortened, rescheduled, or adapted for indoor activity. 🏠 Home Access Clients are responsible for providing secure, safe access to their home via keys, lockboxes, or entry codes. Please notify us in advance of any changes. 💬 Updates You’ll receive a brief walk summary and a photo after each visit so you can see how your pup did!
